I
Alexander McDougall residing at number Six Brighton Street, Edinburgh, In order
to regulate my succession, Do hereby leave bequeath assign Dispone
and convey to my wife Catherine Yorkston or McDougall
all my heritable and moveable property and I nominate and appoint my said wife
to be my Executrix and I dispense with the delivery hereof: And I consent to
the registration hereof.

Witness whereof these presents written by James Proven, Clerk, residing at Brothaero Cottages, the Links, Leith - are subscribed by me
at Edinburgh on the Twelfth day of May in the year Eighteen hundred and seventy
four before these witnesses the said James Proven and David Davidson, Spirit

McDougall and deed relative to the disposal thereof were presented by James

four and the deponent has
entered upon the possession
and management of the
deceaseds estate as Executrix
nominated by him in a
General Disposition and Deed
of Settlement executed by him
upon the twelfth day of
May Eighteen hundred and
seventy four which is now
exhibited and signed by the
deponent and the said
Justice of the Peace of
this date as relative
hereto: That the deponent
does not know of any
Testamentary Settlement or
Writing relative to the disposal
of the deceaseds
personal Estate
or Effects or any part thereof
other than the said General
Disposition and Deed of Settlement
That the foregoing Inventory
signed by the deponent
and the said Justice of
the Peace as relative hereto
is a full and complete
Inventory of the personal
estate and effects of the
said deceased Alexander Mc
Dougall wheresoever
situated and
belonging or due to him
beneficially at the time of
his death in so far as
the same has come to the
deponents knowledge - That the
deponent does not know
of any money of property
belonging to the deceased
liable to the duty imposed
by the Acts 23 vict.

estate and effects situated
in Scotland including the
proceeds accrued thereon down
